This system is complies with PD6662 Grade 1 Class 11. you may find this grade of system is not accepted by your insurance company so please check before ordering; to order and build in any additional features use the contact tab underneath.
System one includes:
1 X Veritas control panel plus back up battery
3 X Passive infrared detectors (PIRs)
2 X Door contacts with chime facility
1 X Panic button in your chosen room
1 X British standard slimline anti tamper bell box with twin flashing LEDs
1 X Slim line dummy bell box
Extra sensors can be added i.e: PIRs, Vibration sensors.
The Texecom VERITAS V8 control panel is made of polycarbonate plastic and enclosed in it Is the 2.8amp/hour rechargeable battery. This unit complies with PD6662 Grade 1.
The Texecom Medusa passive infra red detector has a range of 12m x 12m mounted at a height of 2.4 metres. This device complies with PD6662 Grade 2 Class11.
Bell Box
The Kent Alarms Odyssey 3E bell box is manufactured from polycarbonate plastic screen printed with the Kent Alarms logo and phone number. The sound output is 109 decibels and has a lid and wall tamper protection. This unit complies with PD6662 Grade 3 Class 1V.
Smoke Detectors
There are four different detectors we install depending on the location.
Optical & heat multisensor. Heat enhancement ensures high sensitivity to fast burning fires whilst optical chamber provides exceptional false alarm immunity.
Example Usage: optimum protection for fastest fire detection.
Rate of rise heat detector. Suitable for use where smoke or dust is prevalent, with fastest heat detection performance.
Example Usage: bars & public places.
Fixed 64°C heat detector. Suitable for use where smoke or dust is prevalent with superior false alarm immunity.
Example Usage: bathrooms & kitchens.
Fixed 90°C heat detector. Suitable for use where smoke or dust is prevalent, ideal for extreme high ambient temperatures.
Example Usage: boiler rooms.
Shockguard
The shockguard 2 is designed to pick up shock detection on the surface it is secured onto. Its range and sensitivity can be adjuseted to suit the surface it is mounted on iE wooden or plastic window. This unit complies with PD6662 Grade 3 Class 11.
